I wanted to have more variation within my exercises. I am very happy I chose Oh My Gains because I know what to do during my workout from now on! Besides that, I gained muscles (mostly bum muscles) and I did not expect that because I already am fit.

I wanted to lose some weight and get in shape, so I tried this home workout schedule. The exercises were fun and it wasn’t boring at all, that is what I liked about it. I tried to workout every day of the five days. But it was so hard to do that. I eventually did at least three days a week. I have lost weight but also gained muscles. I am very happy with the results!
